Apologies to anyone who attempted to get to our site recently and was unable to load the page. Our server colocation company has really been dropping the ball, so we are now switching to a new setup with 2 servers, at 2 different locations. We’re still a few days away from going live on the new service (along with an upgrade to our ecommerce software), so please bare with us and we should have all of this ironed out for good.

$15 Heart Shirt

So, it looks like that heart shirt that I posted just before Valentines day didn’t sell. Some other ones from the same collection did, but no love for the first one. Anyway, I’m ready to make another batch of shirts, but I need to get rid of some of the ones I have in stock already first, so I’ve knocked the price down to $14.99. You’ll not likely see any of these shirts that cheap again, as they’re one of a kind, and cost >2x as much as our one-word-tees in materials and labor – so, get it while it’s hot!
One of a kind NKS Shirt on Etsy

Decided to put that shirt from yesterday up on etsy – lets see how it does. It looks like we’re going to do a whole series of one of a kind shirts featuring artwork from Nicole Kristiana Studio. I probably should have priced them a lot higher, given how much the reflective foil costs, and licensing the artwork – but hey, we’ll see how it works at $20 and go from there.
Just for fun

Finished a couple shirts for our contest and decided to play around with the reflective silver a bit more. Here, we took some artwork from Nicole Kristiana Studio, pressed one of the images (mostly unedited) to the shirt, then took the heart outline from a different image, smoothed it out a bit, vectorized it, and then cut it in the silver. We pressed that layer on top of the original layer, and I think it came out pretty well. We still have 1 more layer to go yet though.
